The processor of your data is Linkin OOD, UIC 115840214, with headquarters and management address in the city of Plovdiv, 55 Nestor Abadjiev str.. The company may process your data jointly with other related parties.
When collecting and processing your personal data, Linkin OOD complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), the Personal Data Protection Act, the Directive on privacy and electronic communications, as well as all related acts.
Through this Privacy Policy, we inform you of the policies and practices we apply when processing your personal data, as well as the rights you have in relation to the data we collect about you.

Principles of processing your personal data
We strive to process your personal data lawfully, in good faith and transparently; for the purpose for which we have collected them; in the minimum necessary amount and while maintaining their accuracy and relevance; for certain periods depending on the purpose of the specific processing activity; and by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures for their security, corresponding with the level of risk to your rights and freedoms.
Why we collect personal data and what we use it for
Linkin OOD processes your personal data for the purposes described below:
- for conducting business, including providing, researching, developing and improving products or services; conclusion and performance of agreements; registration and settlement of services, products and materials; relationship management and marketing, such as maintaining and promoting contacts with existing and future customers, account management, customer service and development, implementation and analysis of market research and marketing strategies;
- to register and manage your account, including in order to allow you access to services that require registration;
- to provide information and answers to inquiries you send to us in relation to our products and services;
- for information, your registration and admission to events that Linkin OOD organizes or co-organizes;
- to show you advertisements and content relevant to you;
- to send you email newsletters to which you have explicitly subscribed;
- to send you messages about our products and services, if you have explicitly consented to this;
- to send you messages about products and services of our partners, when you have explicitly given your consent to this;
Upon registration, we may require you to provide us with information related to your employment relationship. For the purposes described here, you may be asked to provide information related to your profession, position, company in which you operate or additional information that would allow your identification.
What personal data we collect from you
In the majority of cases, we collect data from you that is explicitly stated in the law or that is necessary to provide you with our Services. We will inform you in a clear and transparent manner in the event that we need to collect personal data from you that is not explicitly stated in the law as mandatory, but Linkin OOD deems necessary and/or has a legitimate interest in their collection.
Data for the purposes of using services and registration
Register/Create an account. Some of the Services provided under the General Terms are available after registration. To register and create an account, you need to enter an email address and password. In addition we will store information about the registration and agreement with the General Terms.
You can also register using your Facebook, Google or Apple accounts. In these cases, we collect data from your profile on the relevant social network, which may include your email, names, photo, age, professional information, etc. Please note that we collect this data only if you have given permission to the relevant social network.
Data stored in your profile. For the purposes of some of the Services you provide and we store through your profile information such as names, employer (legal entity), email, telephone, information about your social network profiles (if this option is selected by you) and data for the capacity in which you do the registration (according to preset options). It is under your sole discretion to opt whether and what data concerning you to store in your profile.

Username is your (or work) email address.
Your names
When registering, you can fill in your names, but this is not mandatory. If you have not filled them in, the username will appear there.

Phone and email data are necessary in order to communicate with you.
Information about your work and professional status
The website of Linkin OOD is addressed mainly to traders and professionals, as the Company does not operate business towards end customers - natural persons (“consumers” within the Consumer Protection Act). Therefore, in your profile there is an opportunity to fill in data about the merchant (company) on behalf of which you are registering a profile and the position you hold there. During the registration process, there are preset variations of the capacity in which you register. We use these data for statistical purposes. If you explicitly give us your consent, we may use this data also to send you email messages about our and our partners' events, products and services that we think would be of interest to you.

Data related to email newsletters you have subscribed to
You choose whether to subscribe to the media newsletters that Linkin OOD offers. This is done from your account settings on the website. The subscription to each newsletter can be terminated at any time.

Linkin OOD collects, processes and stores personal data in compliance with regulatory requirements and applies appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
With the aim of maximum security in the processing, transfer and storage of personal data, we use, where necessary, additional protection mechanisms such as encryption and others.
Period (term) in which we store your personal data
Your personal data is stored for the period specified in the applicable laws or depending on the purpose for which it was collected.
In cases where there is no statutory period, Linkin OOD stores your personal data for a reasonable period, determined on the basis of additional criteria. These criteria are consistent with our desire to provide you with high-quality services, as well as with the normal development of our partner relationships. Our aim is that the storage of your personal data requires minimal actions on your part in terms of re-registrations or re-provision of data. When the personal data we collect is no longer necessary for the stated purposes, we delete or destroy it.
The data you filled in your account is stored for a period of 1 year after deactivation of your account. During the period of its maintenance you have the possibility to delete your data from it yourself. In cases where you have entered into a contract with us through your profile, Linkin OOD stores the data for a period of 10 years from the date of its last execution.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data at any time.
You have the right to know what personal data we process about you, what we use it for and how we store it.
You have the right to request that your personal data be corrected and deleted. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
Some of the rights listed above depend on the specific reason why we are processing your personal data. For example, in some cases, we are required by law to store your personal data. In these cases, we will not be able to delete them from our systems.
